A Step to Wellness

Hello Everyone

Am just a novice for this paleo journey who loves to cook and try different fusions. As of now,I completed my 100 days of paleo dieting and it’s a wonderful feeling that I have no words to say. The first and best thing you could feel is your skin shines and your old clothes fits you which you never imagined that it could be.

It all started a year back,when my husband was curious to know about this dieting since he was suffering from acidity problem #gerd ,and after his 100 days of diet journey he felt the major difference when his wellness improved gradually.So that is the time we stared believing it’s not just a diet plan ,it’s more about health and wellness.And now it’s our lifestyle.

I started making simple,possible and easy recipes that everyone can make .Our day never goes without a kind of flour,rice or sweets . But it’s possible with these simple low carb recipes. So,Welcome to my paleo days journey
