Tawa Fried Chicken Thighs :

INGREDIENTS :

Chicken Thighs – 2 Pieces

Turmeric powder – 1 tablespoon

Chilli powder – 1 1/2 tablespoon

Garam Masala – 1 tablespoon

Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon

Greek yoghurt – 2 to 3 tablespoon

Egg – 1

Almond powder – 3 to 4 tablespoon

Psyllium husk – 2 to 3 tablespoon

Coconut oil – 3 to 4 tablespoon

Salt

Recipe :

Take a clean Chicken Thighs and make a small cuts on either sides of the chicken.In a wide bowl or plate , Mix all above ingredients with chicken except oil . Mix well and marinate the masala . Refrigerate for an hour or two . Best results if it is kept overnight. Heat the pan or tawa. I prefer an iron tawa . Add the oil and place the chicken over it. Close with the lid and cook in medium flame for 10 minutes. Flip over and cook for another 10 minutes . See to it that all the sides has been cooked and the colour turns to light brown and crispy texture. Enjoy your summer day with this delicious chicken thighs with mayonnaise or green chutney
